• Unauthorized reproduction of AI outputs for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Users must respect third-party copyrights when submitting content.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimers:

• Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for specific purposes.
• AI outputs may reflect biases inherent in training data and are not legally binding advice.

6.2 Liability Cap:

• Total liability for claims related to the Services is capped at £500 or the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months, whichever is lower.

7. Indemnification
